Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or are not what you ordered you must contact us to arrange collection of the goods from you. If the goods are damaged or we have sent you the wrong goods, then according to your instructions, we will either repair/replace the goods at our discretion or issue a full refund. If you receive goods which you wish to return for any other reason, we will issue a refund minus any non-recoverable costs including carriage and credit card commission charge.

Before you return any goods to us you must contact us so that we can issue you with a returns number. All returned goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition. The packaging must be clearly marked with the returns number. We will not accept returned goods which have not been authorised by us and do not have an authorised returns number. Refunds will only be given when we have received the goods. If you wish to return any goods (other than under manufacturers warranty) you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving them.

We accept no liability for consequential losses, damages or expense arising from supply, use, delays in delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered or supplied.
Any refund shall not exceed the price of the goods.
